I am not a huge fan of this. I think it is the texture. I don’t notice it as much if I add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. I keep it around for variety.

Thank you very much for your honest review Jackie! You may try starting off with half a scoop of Keto Green shake for at least a week to get your body used to so many greens and good stuff. Once you know how your body works with the Keto Green shake and you feel okay, you may then slowly work up to a full serving size.
